Outdoor gas grill and charcoal grill to cook those memorable meals! Large Gazebo with Kitchen area Wagon is perfect for 4 people! Queen bed and a bunk bed (two twin beds). Smart TV, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We provide linens, bedding, towels, and starter shampoo, soap, and lotion. We have dishes, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, skillets & Dutch oven Travel back in time to the American Pioneer Era but with modern amenities!

My son and I stayed here for a few nights. We thoroughly enjoyed the wagon very clean. The owner was great to deal with, answered all of our questions and they have thought about everything that you will need. We will definitely be going back. Great Experience!!!

Absolutely wonderful ! Such a unique place with everything you need . Host was awesome , even when we had tough questions at inconvenient times . Would stay again ❤️❤️

This was a great one night stay for our family of four. We love this area for fishing. Mr. Larry was great to answer any questions. This was an awesome one of a kind place. Very clean! They have everything one would need. We loved it. It is a great experience.

The wagon is great, a unique experience! The owners are super friendly and responsive. Our only issues were minor (a little dust due to there being a gap between renters and the wifi modem had gone bad) and Larry was very receptive to feedback and let me know his plan to fix them moving forward. I'd definitely VRBO from these folks again! It was cool to be able to talk to my 9 year old about Conestoga wagons and their history while we were staying in a modern version of one!

Plenty of room to park Truck and trailer loaded with Kayaks, everything was clean and nice and accessible. We had a great time
