Olivia’s Luxury Villas is an elegant retreat that is situated in a quiet olive grove. The Villas combine charm and comfort with the beautiful surroundings of the unspoilt north side of the island of Skiathos. These luxurious villas are ideal for families, couples and small groups of friends who seek to get away for a while in a friendly, laid-back environment and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. There are two villas next to each other, built in a contemporary architectural style, with stone walls and wooden beams on the ceilings. The interior design of Olivia’s Villas is very sophisticated with walls and furniture painted in pale colors that harmoniously blend with the relaxing environment. Several cozy sitting areas with amazing sea views will delight you in a unique Sporades atmosphere while offer moments of independence.

Wow....just wow.If you're going to Skiathos with a group of friends, look no further than this villa. You have found everything you need. Stunning place with an awesome view. Clean, well maintained, private , in gorgeous grounds, and an infinity pool.Roula is fantastic a fantastic host, she is there should you need her, leaves you alone if you don't. House keeper Katerina is lovely, comes everyday except Sunday (very little English), I speak Greek so no problem for me, however you won't need to know the lingo sign language works well. The groundsman goes about his business and cleans the pool every evening.Nothing is too much trouble, We reported a minor issue with the small toilet flush mechanism and it was fixed the same day.You will need a hire car as the villa is around 5 minutes (easy drive) from Skiathios Town though mostly up hill. So if you like to go out to bars and restaurants and have a little tipple, you will need a nominated driver. I rarely drink alcohol so it was fine for me and my family. There is a large supermarket close to the airport ( 5 mins drive) where you can find a massive choice of in-expensive groceries, beers wines, meats and fish for relaxing nights around the barbecue and an evening dip in the pool, so no need even go out to at night.I cannot recommend this villa enough. I will definitely be returning and I am sure so will you. It's a gem in the agean.Thanks Roula, see you soon

When we arrived at this villa we were amazed at the beautiful sea view.
It was a dream come true and all the mod cons you would need for your stay.
A short drive to some fab eating places and also lovely beaches.
My grand daughter spent most of her time swimming in the pool.
This is a holiday for many years to come i think.

We had a lovely holiday in Villa Olivia. Our visit was during Corona-times, but the owner took every possible precaution.
The house is beautiful and very clean, we would highly recommend it. Just be aware that there are a lot off stairs, this is not so easy for people with limited mobility.
