This property is also just three miles north of shops, restaurants, and a Publix supermarket at Vilano Beach, 19 miles from TPC Sawgrass, and only 21 miles south of the quaint and historic resort town of Ponte Vedra Beach. Start your days with hot breakfasts prepared with care in the well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and then dine indoors at the adjacent table or head out to the furnished and covered patio for the perfect alfresco experience. Back inside, settle into the main living area set beneath a soaring ceiling where you can kick back on the sofa bed and stream all your favorite channels on rainy days. This home also includes a private washer/dryer to keep those swimsuits bright and clean and cooling central air-conditioning for hot summer days. This is a tough one. The actual unit was very nice and charming inside. Well decorated, fun layout and very clean. The issue is with the outside. The backyard, which had a great patio, had mulch instead of grass. There was an absurd amount of old dog/animal feces in the yard. So much so that my dogs didn’t even leave the porch. Further, there somehow was two separate nights where an animal left a fairly large stool on the patio near the sliding glass door. We basically didn’t even go outside in the bag because it was pretty disgusting. The neighborhood is a little dingy but very very quiet, except for hearing the waves of the ocean. Proximity to the beach is very good. The last thing to note is that this townhouse is part of a 4 unit building. Not our style because the dogs can hear everything and everyone outside but it might not be a problem for other families.

This was the perfect place for a beach stay. The townhome was immaculately clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked. The backyard was perfect for our dog and we loved the washer/dryer after a full day at the beach. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and only a 15-20 drive from downtown St. Augustine. Will definitely come back here!
