Nestled in Vilano Beach, this charming house for $335 per night is a great choice for your next break. Make our place your beach holiday! Right on the ocean-side beach; walk 2 minutes to Puccini's, Vilano Grill or the great bar and food at Beaches at Vilano. Just a few minutes drive or 15 min bike ride to downtown St. Augustine for all the activities there. 4 balconies, outdoor shower, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 2 toddler beds additionally stowed on-premise and ready for use at any time. Children are welcome! Outdoor pool right off the back patio too!

The house just as advertised. Just a short walk to the beach and short drive to downtown. We loved just relaxing on the deck. Only draw back was we couldnt watch Sunday foitball. If we had known we would have brought a streaming device.

Attended a family wedding in downtown St. Augustine and rented this Vrbo for a week with my husband and 2 adult daughters, hoping to enjoy some beach time. Not a great “beach” stay. This location has very limited beach at this time of year. If it was high tide, there was no beach. Also, the step-down to the beach is very difficult to access. No steps or stairs to use. Not good for older person or physically challenged. Needed my daughter to help me down and give me a boost up whenever we were at the beach. I’m in my 50’s, and pretty able bodied. The unit itself, Unit 1, was the farthest from the beach, and closest to the pool. Nice to have a pool when we couldn’t have access to the beach. Unit could use a thorough scrub down. Needs updating.
Kitchen cabinets were greasy and in need of painting/replacing. Rug needed a good steam
cleaning as well. I will say the owner supplied ample linens, bath towels and even beach towels. There was plenty of paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper) in the unit as well. Also, he supplied kitchen dish soap and plenty of odds & ends for the week’s stay. Beds were comfortable. Backs to a Publix and pizza restaurant, which was convenient. All in all, a good stay. Just not as clean and easy walkability to the beach as was depicted in the description on line. I give this property 3 stars. We are also owners of a VRBO beach property on the NC shore, so I’m giving my honest feedback on what needs addressing.

This rental was great and just steps from the beach. I know that things change but at the time of our stay, there was plenty of trash bags, soaps, etc. There were also plenty of towels and beach towels! Our teenage son loved the garage room. The unit also came with plenty of beach "stuff" and the wagon was extremely helpful.
The host was quick to reply when we had a couple of questions. The host also provided us a few restaurant recommendations and we loved that. We had a great time at this spacious rental.

The townhome was nice clean, and good location. New appliances and furniture. Beds where comfortable, and not wore out. Close to historic down town. Beach access was close, and beach was clean with low crowds as well. Several good places to eat. Had a good time, a lot to do and see in St. Augustine with family.

our stay here was amazing! it’s in a great area, walking distance to grocery store and some restaurants and bars. also less than 10 minute drive to downtown st augustine. the owner was very friendly and accommodating.

The home was easy to find, and across the street from a grocery store, surf shop, and restraunts.
The home was clean, spacious, and supplied all of our needs. I dont want to list them here as the owners may not always provide the same amenities to the next renter.
The pool is right beside the rental and was a great addition to occupy the kids while the adults prepped meals and rested between beach visits.
The outdoor shower is now a must-have, for all my future beach vacations.
The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions.
Hope we can come back there soon!!!

We had a lovely time. House could use some extra things wine glasses for sure. Rugs in bathrooms were a little dirty. Beds were very comfortable. A large coffee pot would also be good. And larger bath towels. Great beach supplies

Love the location, quiet area, not over crowded. Gorgeous beach. You can't see the water from the unit, but you can hear the waves. We loved sitting on the balcony around the new patio table. Well appointed kitchen, good furniture, lots of extra perks like beach towels, umbrella, chairs, toiletries. Pool is right out the back door. Great experience for our group of friends.

Everything was exactly as expected. Easy access to the beach by just walking to the end of the property. The unit, property, and beach were all very clean. Did not have any noise issues from the other units. Cannot really see the beach from any of the windows or balconies, but the ocean breeze was nice. Unit was fully equipped with everything we needed. Would have preferred no carpet on the bedroom level, but I knew it was there from the pictures.

Fantastic location on Vilano Beach, just across the street from Publix and many restaurants. Condo is three floors. Top floor has two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Main floor has living room, kitchen, and half-bath. Ground floor has a one-car garage, plus one large bedroom with kitchenette and full bathroom, privately accessed through the garage. The condo is very well accessorized -- we found everything we looked for. The furniture is comfortable and the decor welcoming. The beach is gorgeous. The pool is one condo away from this unit, which made it very accessible but not intrusive by the design. The neighborhood is walkable. We had a wonderful time. We rented both Unit 1 and Unit 2 for a large family gathering. Both units were immaculate. We were tired and couldn't figure out the locks (the locks were working perfectly, but we were not) and the owners were immediately responsive and helpful and kind.

Overall, this was a great rental for our family of five. We had plenty of space, bathrooms (ALWAYS helpful with three teens), and the kitchen was well stocked. Location to St Augustine attractions was a quick 5 minute drive over bridge, two minute walk to the beach and across the street from a grocery and restaurant. Parking was a little tricky with tight spacing of units but not a problem. You don't really see the ocean from balconies but it's a super short walk to beautiful beaches. Our kids were comfortable and had space to spread out - but I don't think I really realized the bottom bedroom was accessed thru the garage so our son was removed from the rest of us. Not a negative for our needs but if you have younger kids it might be too far. Overall a good rental to have as a home based for our New Years Night of Lights activities!

Wonderful
The condo fit our family perfectly! My parents stayed in the ground floor bedroom while my family stayed upstairs with the kids. Although you can't really see the ocean from the balconies, the beach is a short walk away, in the pool is right outside (rarely used by others). Very convenient! The owners were very great to work with also. Very welcoming and accommodating. Oh and the condo is well-stocked with towels, beach things, toiletries, etc.

Great location in Vilano Beach!
This was our first time staying in this unit, although we have stayed in Vilano many times. Convenient location to Publix across the street and very short walk to beach. Had a couple of issues during the week, but the owners were quick to resolve and very responsive to any texts/calls. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was scheduled to be available to us May 18 at 4:30 PM. After our flight, dinner and buying groceries, we arrived at 7:30 PM only to find a car in the parking space. The car belonged to a cleaning crew. One of the crew answered the door and told us the condo was trashed and that it would not be ready for "a while". We found a parking lot and contacted the the unit manager listed on our reservation. The manager was very sorry and stated they would make it right. Also told us she would call back when available. At 9:46 manager called and said the coast was clear. Upon entering the condo we could tell that it was anything but clear. My family started cleaning everything on the 2nd and 3rd floors ourselves. We gave up at 11:30 PM trying to clean 3rd floor bathrooms and bedrooms knowing there was no way we could or would use them. From hastily made beds, soiled toilets, bathing suits hanging behind bathroom doors, and newly stained carpets in the bedrooms it was to much. We did not unpack our bags, contacted the manager again and was told a cleaning crew would be there as soon as possible the next day. We all three slept or tried to sleep on the 2nd floor couch which we had cleaned. The cleaning crew arrived the next day around 10:30 AM and worked exclusively on the bedrooms and bathrooms on the 3rd floor, since we had cleaned everything on the main 2nd floor already. The crew was very nice an offered to show us pictures of what they were up against but we refused to look at them. Unlike the positive responses shown in other property reviews of this units management we had no further contact from the manager. We left on Saturday the 28th at 10:30 AM. As we drove back past the unit around 11:30AM we noticed a Stanley Steamer truck parked in the parking space. On Monday May 30th we contacted the same unit manager to remind her of what we went through and that she had told us she would make it right. Later that afternoon they sent an email stating they would refund us our cleaning deposit. We had an exhausting first two days of our vacation. No warning prior to our arrival, and an overwhelming feeling of disgust wondering what actually took place before we got there and was it really clean. Not the annual vacation to St. Augustine we want to remember. We have no doubt that under different circumstances this VRBO rental would be an absolute gem. But if you face the same circumstances we did, it's value dose not live up to it's description....

This condo was perfect for our family vacation with my 8 month old! There was a great efficiency suite through the garage with a fridge, bathroom, and microwave that made it perfect for middle of the night feeds with a baby! My in-laws stayed on the top level bedrooms so my little one was far enough not to wake anyone! I noticed a pack and play in the closet as well! Hands down the best stocked condo I have ever stayed in. It was nice not having to worry about paper products, trash bags, or laundry detergent! Lots of beach supplies as well including chairs! The owners were quick to respond with any questions or issues! The walk to the beach was quick and easy!

Great property
The condo has everything you need and super close to the beach. There was a small issue at checkin but Greg and Sandy took care of it right away and even left champagne and orange juice on the porch the next morning. They’re great owner and we’d definitely come back for another trip!
The only con I can say is the bedding and pillows aren’t very comfy so bring your own pillow.

Managers we very helpful with our concerns. Our only concern delt with a faulty thermostat that caused us to have a couple of cold nights. They had a repair man there as soon as possible. Over all very nice stay. Thank you.
