We stayed at the Luxe Downtown Condo Near River & had a wonderful experience. The owner Chandler was very friendly & helpful before, during & after our stay, the condo was excellent, and the town (Buena Vista) was a small adorable Colorado town with beautiful scenery. I recommend this location to anyone!

My good friend and I stayed at this beautiful property for a recent long weekend getaway. The condo was gorgeous and so clean. Communication with the host was easy, informative, and I felt like if I had any questions that I could easily reach out. We loved the little personal touches, like the hand drawn welcome sign in the kitchen, and the way the towels were displayed. The location was perfect and we were able to walk anywhere in town that we wanted to go. The beds were SO comfortable and the kitchen had all of the utensils we needed.
Long story short, we loved our experience staying here and I can’t recommend it enough.

The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and in a great location - just a block away from BV shops, restaurants and activities.
Chandler was a great host, responsive, making us feel welcome and accommodating a late check out.

We were very happy with our choice of this property. The owners have every detail covered to make the stay so comfortable and relaxing. We were in town for a wedding and this location was an easy walk to trails, Main Street for lunch or dinner and the wedding venue. The washer and dryer is a nice bonus. Check in and out was very easy. You will not be disappointed.

This was our first Vrbo stay anywhere so we were new to the process. What an amazing experience it was! The condo was just beautiful and perfect for our needs (myself, husband and 23 year old son). The condo was a great location and just a block from Main Street where we spent much of our time. In addition, for anyone who has never visited Buena Vista, Colorado it is absolutely MAJESTIC! Much more enjoyable than the hot humid Buena Vista we are used to in Orlando, lol. Chandler, the ower could not have been more attentive, she stayed in constant communication with us, kindly answering my many questions and this included at a shamefully late hour, as our flight was delayed by hours and we did not arrive until after 2:00 am. She even offered to stock our refriferator with food and drinks. The condo was equipped with everything we could have needed. It was extremely clean and orderly. It had a welcome book with information on everything we needed to know, wifi password, TV remote, guidelines to follow, checkout times etc. Also, things to do, places to eat, order takeout and happenings around town. I'm not sure I'll ever stay in a hotel again!!! Many thanks again Chandler. You were the perfect host. I highly recommend and hope we can return one day. Five Plus Stars!!!

Great location, easy to access, updated interior, comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen. I loved my stay, I'll be back. Note: up one flight of stairs and not air conditioned but has large windows with good air flow to cool it down once the sun has set.

This cute little condo had everything we needed, was super clean, and comfortable for our family of four. We were here for a July baseball tournament that our oldest was playing in, and the location of the condo was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the field. Plus it was super easy to walk to Main St and all the restaurants and small businesses there.
We came into town early on the day of check-in, and the property manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, we were very pleased with the property.

We stayed here because of its close proximity to the Surf Hotel and the Arkansas river. We were able to walk to the Surf hotel for a concert within 5 minutes and walk to a few trailheads at the river recreational area! Very clean, comfy and cozy. Great communication with Chandler for any questions I had. Would stay again!

The condo was well decorated and made us feel right at home. Everything we needed was there, so we were able to cook, wash clothes, and make a delicious cup of coffee. Updated condo and furnishings! Everything you need for your stay, close to Main Street and the Arkansas River! Chandler (host) made us feel extremely comfortable and informed us throughout the process! We even saw deer near our car eating the shrubs, we saw more deer all around the town! My wife and I had a wonderful 10 day vacation/family visit in Buena Vista at this property location. The location is the perfect part of town to walk to Main Street and the tucked away South Main St little 'retreat' on the river.
The unit was airy, bright, and nicely designed and furnished - a true home away from home! It was great for cooking and just for relaxing between outdoor hikes and exploring. Everything you need is provided - GREAT HOSTS!! Thank you!
We would highly recommend staying in this two bedroom unit at this time of year.
We wondered just how a summer stay would be as there is no central air conditioning, but we did notice that floor fans are provided in the unit. So, I would have to leave that question to be answered by those who have stayed here during the warmer weather.
There is quite a bit of cross-talk noise between units as the walls/insulation is not sufficient to muffle this issue. You are at the mercy of your neighbors as how accommodating they choose to be regarding conversation, music, and TV volumes. But, everyone settled in by 10pm and all was quiet until morning.
We definitely have added to our 'must return' travel list and will definitely look forward to staying at this condo again!
Kudos to providing a wonderful and 'homey' place to enjoy this wonderful part of Colorado!

We had a relaxing time in BV and really liked the condo. It's well taken care of and maintained.
We suggest having more garbage bags for trash, more detergent for the washing machine. If there was more, we couldn't find it.
We also had a tough time figuring out how to start the dishwasher.
All in all, it was great to have a kitchen and a large condo.....overall the hospitality in BV was quite good. Food was very expensive but we expected that.
We'll be back to BV again.
