I liked the location and the space was great, it was nice to be able to relax in a living area like a home away from home.
I enjoy having a kitchen in case we want to cook or use the fridge it’s easy
On arrival the toilet seat wasn’t attached so we had to figure out how to put that back on, the shower tray was broken at the front so don’t look very nice, the lift didn’t work in the property either which was an issue for my mother who finds stairs challenging and when I reported the issues they just said “thanks for reporting the issues” no offer to fix the toilet or shower. Wasn’t a very helpful response and the cleaning could do with some more attention. Some slight damage on arrival to the property, but overall it was comfortable and a good location.

Really nice apartment
Coffee machine didn’t work
Broadband had very weak signal
Water supply had intermittent fault - shower not possible some days. Staff were attentive in trying to get sorted and supplied bottles

Location was excellent for our purposes. Actual layout and contents of the apartment were good. Rooms were a suitable size. Plenty of hot water for showering/washing. Company did respond by sending someone round the next day to sort out problems below.
Had major difficulty initially getting additional info for booking through to company. They kept requesting that I fill in all details again as charge to credit card in case of damage hadn't gone through (although I was unaware of this until we arrived at apartment)The maintenance and cleaning of the apartment were not what we would have expected. The single bed in our son's room had loose and broken slats so his mattress sagged when he lay down. The shower tray was pushed in at the bottom with the result that having a shower flooded the bathroom floor and out into the hall. Carpet edging at the bathroom door was loose, paint damage to ceiling in living room and around door frame. Not a big selection of crockery and some, e,g. glass was dirty. We were on the second floor and there was a lift but it didn't work. Had to get representative out to fix bed and shower tray, even though they had been in the flat when we arrived. They were very friendly but should have had these issues sorted before we arrived. Kitchen and bathroom floors were dirty. I honestly feel we should have some sort of refund to reflect the issues experienced.
