Nice quiet place,
It was a little bit cold and the ventilator in one toilet was working very loudly, we were going crazy at night

The space at The Den is fabulous. The lounge and dining area were perfect for our group. The games cupboard was well stocked. Our gang had mixed reviews about the mattresses, one had quite a uncomfortable spring sticking up - but mine was great!
The kitchen equipment is generally poor - if you need anything specific, take it with you. We chose to clean the dishes and pans that we needed before we used them as we weren't confident that they were clean. The oven was in a sorry state and needs a good clean. The floor needed a sweep throughout - one of our gang got a splinter in her foot within 5 mins of arriving.
