This was our second stay at the Winds Hotel in Park City, KS. We have family in Wichita and travel this way often. I appreciated the cleanliness, and convenience of the hotel the first stay, so I booked it again. It’s gone down hill just a bit. Our bathroom door did not shut, not a huge deal. The complimentary breakfast is basic and could be better. What turned me off was the party going on for two days. I woke up both nights to people who were loud, slamming doors, and arguing. At one point I thought there was going to be a domestic across the hall from us. I realize this behavior is not the properties fault, but I will choose to stay elsewhere next time I’m in Wichita.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is in great shape and updated. Friendly staff, really good breakfast, quiet and comfortable. I felt very safe and secure staying here.

We stayed over for a concert at the hartman and also went to the casino. The hotel is nice and pretty clean. There was some long hair on the floor of the bathroom but i think it had stuck to the bottom of the trash can maybe when they were cleaning so i'm giving the benefit of the doubt on that one since the rest of the room was clean. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again. reasonable rates too.

Probably the worst hotel bed I've ever slept on. Pillows werent very fluffy at all, flat within 2 seconds. The sheets were scratchy and the "blanket" wasn't very warm. We eneded up going and buying our own blanket for our stay. We only stayed here because of its proximity to Hartman arena. Also, its detached from the casino, but they do run shuttles between the 2.

This hotel looks new/renovated and is clean. When we checked in we were told that there would only be a few people that night. Next thing we know, even though the hotel was empty and we told him we were looking forwardtoa quiet night, the clerk puts a family with small children in the room next to us. The sheets and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. Like scratchy. I would only recommend this hotel if you're hungover/drunk from the casino.

This is a very new facility and is a steal at the price you pay for it. It is close to the highway but far enough where the sounds of traffic do not bother you. The amenities are new, and the service (at reception) was welcoming and helpful. I will definitely stop by this place if I am traveling through the area again.

It was good stay. Hotel very clean. Front desk staff probably will not be at the front desk. No button or phone to call for front desk help. Park lot is small, so hard to find a spot. Breakfast was fresh but not the greatest. Hotel was a great location for our trip. Overall new hotel but not the best for guest services.

When we checked in, the guy working the counter was very friendly. He explained to us how the shuttle service worked, etc. the room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. The only complaints I have is the the body wash bottle in the shower was empty and the maid service hadn’t left any hand soup in the bathroom when they cleaned the room last. So housekeeping isn’t checking to make sure basic essentials are available when they’re done. Also, the phone in our room wasn’t working correctly and I couldn’t call the shuttle service or the front desk. When I told the girl at the desk when I checked out, she acted like she didn’t care. All she said was “ok.” No apologies offered. Overall, our stay was good. I would stay here again.

Stopped here on the way out on a trip. Had a good stay and hotel was great and the price was excellent. On our way back we planned a second stop since the first stop was good. But when we got close we noticed a storm coming in the morning that would of stranded us at for a couple days. Called hotel and they we great about working with us on cancelling the second stay. Will stay again next time in the area.

The location is great, no outside noise like traffic to wake you up. The breakfast has hot and cold food options, perfect for our family! And the hotel was clean with updated walk in shower! The staff arranged a late check in for us with ease while we were traveling. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area!
