Convenient location

It was bright, roomy and quiet. The apartment was modern with a balcony. Plenty of cafes & supermarkets within walking distance.

Limited parking onsite as well as timed parking on the street.

A comfortable apartment which is close the CBD of Christchurch, offers everything you need

It was conveniently located close to the CBD. The suite was generous in size and had everything you might need. I appreciated that i could do my laundry quickly & efficiently, as both the laundry & kitchen/lounge facilities were located along the corridor from my room. Upon arrival, i easily found street parking which was available overnight, then around 8am, i moved my car off the street, with co-operation of the accommodation provider.

So disappointing. We will not be back!

Booked here because we knew it was a great location.

Very small, cramped apartment. Photos do not represent reality! Also very noisy at night. Property has very heavy fire doors and every time someone enters or exits through their own apartment door or the stairwell door( all through the night), the noise reverberates.

Impecable! Me hospede en un Estudio Compacto que era pequeño pero tenia TODO lo que se necesita. La kitchenette muy equipada, el colchón muy cómodo y la ducha con mucha presión de agua

No me gustó que el estacionamiento sea pago cuando el precio de las habitaciones no es bajo

Exceptional

Excellent room. Fabulous location. Friendly desk receptions. Value for money. Great ventilation with an air conditioner. Exceeded my expectation and couldn't ask for more, will definitely stay here if I come to Christchurch again.

The picture for compact double studio included a desk, but it was not in my room. I love the room very much, the only shortfall was I have to study on my bed. And, there was dirt on the containers for shampoo and dish washing liquid, making it uncomfortable to use it.

My stay was easy and enjoyable.

I particularly like the location. And even though the carpark was full, there was off-street parking available.

Bed a wee bit hard, but not too bad, I've had worse.

Everything we needed and would definitely return

Nice rooms, convenient location and very friendly helpful staff.

A lot of noise from upstairs and wasn’t too keen on the exposed pipes in the Livy room from the upstairs bathroom

- Great location, can walk to many tourist attraction, supermarket and restaurant - the apartment room is spacious and clean

Very good

Bed was really comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The little kitchenette was great and the room was very clean

The room was quite squashy even after upgrading to a king room, and the bed was almost up against the wall, so if you needed to get around to the other side, you had to shimmy.

Close to Little High Eatery and SALT - well worth a visit

having Netflix available in the room was a huge plus.

The lift was out of order and the bed was a very tight fit in the room.

Great place to stay.

Large, modern room with kitchenette more like a studio. Walking distance to great food. Laundry for guests, nice grounds to sit and relax.

Great location. Would definitely stay again.

Location was perfect. Close to great restaurants and bus depot. Very clean. Friendly staff.

A little bit of cosmetic aging visible in bathroom that could do with a tidy up. Didn't affect our stay though and very minor.

Great location

The location is great, the twin shared room was tidy and functional. Staff seemed polite and helpful. Cleaning lady was funny and friendly.

The twin share is tight, its just a standard double room adapted with splitting bed into two singles. I probably won't book this option again. Also The position of the room meant we looked out onto the roof and neighboring walls so the view sucked and the air flow was limited and it was stuffy and hot. I'd hoped for a better room considering I booked in advance.
