الإقامة بالفندق رائعة ويتمتع المكان بموقع متميز في الأسماعيلية ، الغرف الفندقية وكافة الأماكن واللاندسكيب جميلة ونظيفة وحمام السباحة ممتاز ونظيف ، الفعاليات المسائية ممتازة خصوصا الخميس والجمعة ، نشكر جميع العاملين بالفندق لتعاونهم ولما بذلوه من جهد ومودة وأهتمام نخص بالذكر السيد/ زياد والسيد/ احمد حسني مدير الأستقبال (الريسبشن).

Le joli hall d'entrée........le personnel à notre écoute...la situation face au lac.........la grande piscine
La qualité du petit-déjeuner est moyenne, les cuillères de service ne sont pas propres......choix pas assez varié......manque salade de fruits ou fruits frais.....
