From the explanation on how to get the keys to the parking spot to the cleanesess of the house, everything was clear and above our expectations.
The flat is a bit outside the centre of Brindisi, but close (barely a 10 minutes walk) from a beautiful free beach with free showers and a small bar/café.
The flat itself was beautiful and clean, plenty of space for a family of 5 and a medium size balcony with a table where to eat or enjoy the evening.
Our one week staying was delightful!
There was nothing I can complain about.

L'appartamento è molto accogliente dispone di un piccolo balcone idoneo a passare momenti di relax e utile per stendere i panni. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la dotazione di asciugamani in abbondanza e la lavatrice di cui mi sono servita avendo 4 figli.
Dispone di un salotto che noi abbiamo sfruttato come camera, molto ampio (anche lasciando il divano letto sempre aperto) ci siamo goduti il relax davanti al televisore nelle serate in appartamento.
Esperienza sicuramente positiva.
Migliorerei la dotazione delle stoviglie/ pentole in cucina. Ci siamo comunque arrangiati.

Really affordable option, very responsive host ready to help, included parking space, two dryers, decent base for exploring Puglia by car. Apartments are pretty spacious. Nearby airport and planes do not create any bothering level of noise.
Without a car or bike it would be pretty isolated option - only 1 bar and beach nearby. Closest grocery is at 20 mins walking distance. Apartments were lacking basic amenities such as salt or oil. Really cheap and low quality cookware (pans, pots). Towels started to smell bad really quickly what hints that they were only washed on a quick cycle without boiling. See view is barely there. Some of pillows were quite dusty triggering allergy, but overall bed sheets were clean.
