There are so many things going good for this apartment: (1) The location. It is most centrally located that it is a 2 minute walk from Duomo. (2) It has excellent shopping areas nearby, grocery stores, such as CONAD, Carefour Express etc. (3) The host is very responsive.
Now the most important part: The apartment : Very well maintained, very spacious, and has all the facilities needed. We simply loved this apartment and wouldn't mind living here a long term. Very safe neighborhood as well.
If I ever visit Florence again, I am blindly choosing this place and going to stay here!
This place even has a Washer and Dryer, where we did our daily washing as well!
Great value...
Night-time (probably till midnight) street noise comes into the bedroom. But that rarely bothered us; we slept like logs! So, we have nothing to compalin about.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Florence, and everything felt well-maintained and welcoming.

Location close to the city centre
Too noisy! Street noise is very loud and bedroom window is not sound proof at all. Ear plugs and white noise and we were still woken up at night. Also only sheers to cover the windows no curtains so very bright in the room. I would stay a little farther outside the downtown core for the sake of a quieter sleep.
