The host Jessica met us and a code was provided. The place was highly secure and we heard absolutely no noise from the street. She was super sweet and provided us a map with all of her favorite spots to eat and visit during our stay. The place has a washer which was highly needed at that point of our trip. After check out, they held our luggage and booked our taxi at the time we desired. All of the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We will absolutely return to this property on our next visit!

Very easy to find, very helpful and kind staff. Location is fantastic, right next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The view from our room and from the little terrace downstairs was spectacular. The room was clean and modern, the bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely return for a longer stay!

The location is super convenient for all of the main sight seeing points. We also liked having a washing machine in one of the rooms we booked.

The apartment was pretty dusty and there was some mysterious water puddle on the night table in one of the rooms. The ACs were automatically turned off and not cooling down the space enough. The worst part was the mattress in one of the rooms had a literal sunken part and it made sleep extremely uncomfortable.
