The location is truly unbeatable! Just one block away from the Duomo, meaning you get to walk past it every day on your way to the station or anywhere else in the city.
Santa Maria Novella (the main train station) is an easy 10-minute walk, and every key sight of the city is within comfortable walking distance.
The apartment itself is very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, and generous supplies of towels and essentials were provided for the entire duration of our stay.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this place and would definitely book it again!
If I had to mention any minor drawbacks, the sofa bed in the living room (which is remarkably comfortable) picks up some street noise. Given how vibrant and central the neighborhood is, the bustle outside tends to linger until around 1:00 or 2:00 AM, though it was never overwhelming. Access to the bathroom is through the master bedroom, but complaining about that would really be splitting hairs.

Super central. Easy to access, close to all amenities and sites. Great basics in kitchen.
Decor could do with a freshen up. Sofa was bed not very comfortable.
