El piso sería un 5 estrellas si no fuera por algunos detalles porque es amplio y limpio, además de tener una ubicación increíble a 3 minutos andando del duomo.
Como pega tiene que están poco cuidados los detalles, como el salón, que tiene mobiliario anticuado y una nevera rota y cochambrosa que no pinta nada ahí, el cabecero de la cama pequeña está destrozado, la terraza tiene excrementos de pájaros sin limpiar y las sillas están todas rotas, ¿tanto cuesta comprar unas sillas nuevas?... Otra pega es que se supone que tiene dos baños pero en uno han quitado el inodoro lo que no tiene mucho sentido. También que solo hay un mando para todos los aparatos de aire acondicionado, esto por el día no es problema pero por la noche hay que ir de una habitación a otra si quieres apagar o encender el aire. Y en la cocina faltaría un microondas, un trapo de cocina, una escoba, un mantel para la mesa, hay un tendedero con las varillas rotas y sin pinzas para tender la ropa.... En fin, si se esmerasen un poco sería perfecto

The location
There should have been an exhaust in the shower/ toilet
Too bright in the bed room , curtains should have been darker or blinds would be a good idea

The view from the balcony is amazing! The apartment was spacious and the air conditioning worked really well even in summer heat. The laundry machine was modern and easy to use. Shampoos and soaps were provided. The location is in the heart of the old city center, everything was close by. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed okay. The location is not where google maps shows it, it's 100 meters closer to Duomo. The door is right in front of the library, which's cafe I recommend for good enough, good value breakfast (also a vegan sandwich!) and super views to Duomo.

This apartment was more like a college dorm apartment than we expected. Very barely appointed. It was clean but the layout of the apartment was a little weird. There was only one bathroom with a toilet, but a second shower which was somewhat helpful.
