The place is in a very central location of Riomaggiore, not too far from the railway station. The direction to the apartment from the railway station was communicated precisely. We could reach the place even without the help of Google Maps. The apartment was clean and kitchen was well equipped.The beds and rooms were also comfortable.
We were a group of four -- two couples. We had ensured that there are two bedrooms before booking. However, there was a ceiling fan in only one bedroom. On asking about ceiling fan in the other bedroom, the owner said that there is a ceiling fan in the living room, where the sofa could be used as a bed. This is unexpected as both bedrooms should have ceiling fans, especially because the summers are becoming increasingly uncomfortable due to the heat wave. The bedroom without a ceiling fan was also without a door, so there was no privacy. This was not clearly mentioned in the descriptions.

Ottima posizione, la camera da letto principale era in una buona posizione ed era la stanza più fresca.
Poco curata (mobili poco puliti e rotti in alcuni punti), abbiamo trovato il bagno non omogenizzato adeguatamente, l’appartamento in generale poco pulito. Nella camera principale la coperta sul letto era rotta e il secondo letto matrimoniale era poco confortevole in quanto nella parte finale metà del materasso non era sostenuto dalla parte metallica.
Si potrebbe aggiungere una pala nella stanza centrale.
