What a wonderful and unusual place. On a hillside overlooking the city so there are very nice views. Our room was unique, with a spiral staircase to a room-sized sleeping loft, that in turn had a few steps up to a terrace facing the view. There are several other charming outside areas to sit or play games. Definitely family run by very nice and hardworking people. Breakfast(not included) was very good.
If you don’t have a car or plan to spend a lot of time in Borjomi, the hillside location across the river wouldn’t be ideal, and dinner can be ordered in.
If you have mobility issue the unit should be chosen carefully.

We had a very good stay, enjoyed the breakfast very much as it was well prepared and exactly matching our dietary requests which were taken into account by the staff very well.
We liked the garden and would have loved to stay longer, but that will wait for next time.
