Logement au top, organisation du paiement et remise des clés à revoir absolument !

L'emplacement du logement, très proche de toutes les commodités, hyper bien décoré et très propre! la literie très confortable également.

Très compliqué de récupérer les clés du logement, je n'avais pas accès à internet, j'avais contacté les propriétaires une semaine avant mon arrivée pour justement se mettre d'accord pour le Jour J et sur la bonne heure et avoir l'adresse exacte de l'appartement. J'ai mis d'une heure à trouver le logement sous une température de 30 degrés; J'ai d'abord eu une première personne au téléphone qui ne savait même pas que j'avais une réservation pour que finalement le vendeur de la boutique de vin en dessous de l'établissement me donne les clés une heure plus tard!! heureusement je n'avais pas d'enfants en bas âge avec moi. La mise à disposition des clés qui était très compliqué, il faut que les propriétaires communique l'adresse exacte du logement avec des indications beaucoup plus clair et qu'ils répondent en temps et en heure aux messages des invités surtout lorsque nous n'avons pas internet au quotidien, c'est un petit village et il n'y pas réellement de rue. On nous demande de payer en liquide le jour de notre départ, nous avions déjà quitté l'appartement pour une autre ville, nous ne pouvions faire demi-tour. J'ai tenté de faire un PayPal aux propriétaires qui n'avait pas PayPal, j'ai fini par faire un virement (payant) depuis la France à mon retour sur le compte direct du propriétaire, alors que ma carte bancaire était renseignée sur booking puisque j'ai procéder à la réservation du logement, il aurait pu débiter directement ma carte avec l'aide de Booking comme l'ensemble des hôtels réservés au Monténégro et dans le monde entier d'ailleurs. Il faut que le propriétaire demande le paiement le jour de l'arrivé au moment où il nous donne les clés, c'était très compliqué de communiquer avec eux Logement très sombre, la douche s'écoulait très très mal ! et le bruit des voisins au dessus à 6h du matin qui déplace les meubles était moyen.

Superb

Very spacious and a great location in Perast. Apartment was like a showroom, great contemporary design and very modern. The views were unbelievable. All amenities were spot on, our kids loved it, and right on the doorstep to Perast.

Not a fault of the apartments but parking with luggage wasn't ideal when accompanied with children, but only a small blip. Whilst waking up to the view was amazing, no blinds upstairs meant it was an early start everyday. Struggled to attain wifi code.

Only little changes needed to make this outstanding

Excellent location (it’s on the far side of Perast called the Risan side, you can take the free electric golf cart or get the taxi to drop you off correctly). Very clean, beautiful and modern. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Quiet area but close to shops and restaurants and numerous boat tours. Gorgeous views from windows. Excellent air conditioning. Everything is new. Danilo greeted us on arrival and was very good help.

Pillows very hard and uncomfortable. No curtains for upstairs so bright light wakes you up early each morning. Spiral staircase without handrail is dangerous and very loud creaking when used. We asked for sofa bed to be made ready but it wasn’t so we did it ourselves. A bin for upstairs bedroom would also be useful.

The place is 10/10. Everything was perfect, the view from the apartment is breathtaking, and the apartment is very clean and comfortable.
