The studio was clean and fresh. Just a few steps away from the main restaurants. TV with Netflix and Prime.
Disappointed as to see the sea, you needed to walk across the narrow car park; we expected a balcony. Parking the car is also an issue as cars are double parked in a very narrow area. We were there for three nights and didn’t take the car out once. There was no room service in the four days we were there (no clean towels or bins emptied).

Fantastic experience. Even before we got here, they were available always on WhatsApp, clear instructions to arrive, friendly service, clean and comfortable apartment (which included a courtesy bottle of wine) and really quiet at night.
There were a lot of ants everywhere and the toilet was rather small, but nothing too bad

Parking was a huuge plus, especially since you can't drive into Perast. Beautiful courtyard. Interior looked very nice, the amenities were nice. The property is right at the edge of Perast, so loud parties in the center didn't bother us. Welcome bottle of wine and water was great. It was very hot during the day and refreshment was appreciated. Possibility of self-check late at night was good.
Unfortunately, there were ants in the bedroom. They were constantly running along the wall not far from our head, which was somewhat unpleasant. Also we saw them in the hallway. In the bathroom, water pressure was inconsistent and I saw dark spots on the inside the shower which looked like mold. Hot water comes from a boiler and we didn't know how much water we get, so on the first night one of us was left standing soapy without hot water.
Number on the door could be added. Some rooms had those, mine didn't. I spent some time running around looking for my room and then had to bother staff late at night to ask how to find it.
Not a minus per se, but it would be nice to provide dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher, especially since the property asks guests to wash the dishes themselves. And a washing machine could be added.
