Excellent location, only a short walk to town to the shops and restaurants. The owner also organised our private tour guide and airport transfers. The accommodation was very comfortable and included a small kitchen and washing machine. It was a very short walk to the moai to view at sunset. It was possible to view them without a guide. The owner was very attentive, checking we had everything we needed
Everything was great.

The location is fantastic. The view from the patio is simply stunning!! And that view was the reason we stayed in this cottage for five nights - otherwise, we would have left after the first night.
This cottage could be a vacation paradise, but... it's not. It needs immediate renovation. All the furniture needs to be replaced because it's unusable. The bed is uncomfortable, and its wooden frame is terrible and causes bruises. There's no light in the kitchen area. The bathroom needs a complete renovation. The light here is also too dim. There's no hot water in the sink. And worst of all, there are so many horrible bugs (huge cockroaches?) that they crawl on the floor and walls at night. Brrr...
I'll say it again - this place could be GREAT! But it needs a complete renovation!
