The location is good, next to a shopping mall. Many Asian grocery available. Tracy was very helpful, we rented a car and she quickly set up our parking entry and carpark lot.
The bed is very soft and not very comfortable. Maybe can improve on this as a good night sleep is important

location wonderful.
easy to communicate with owner.
not clean at all.
as a newbuilding in this area, and also higher price than other apartments, I expect good apartment. But in reality it below my expectations.
the cleaner only did vacuum one more time, while the floor was dusty. I believe it need to mop the floor too.
the main bathroom, on second night, floading when took shower. I need to open the hole on the floor and it full with hairs! I didnt call the owner again as I was too tired with the dirty condition.
