Atoq Paracas Reserva

The hotel is very cute, very quiet during the day, it’s clean and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast and the restaurant food are delicious. We switched rooms during our stay because we wanted to upgrade and it was perfect. The seaview deluxe room is definitely worth for anyone wondering.

The wifi was basically non existent, so prepare for that. The bedrooms don’t have blackout curtains. We would occasionally have a dead cockroach in the bathroom so I guess they are spraying against them and it’s normal as the hotel is on the water.

Quiet location, away from the chaos in town.

Room was small, but OK.

The hotel has lovely views across the bay from the breakfast area, and the breakfast itself offered a nice selection of options. The room was clean, and although separate from the stay, the on-site restaurant served good meal options and was a great place to watch the World Cup matches.

We ran into a few issues during our stay: the shower water temperature required running the sink tap first to get warm (which reception didn't mention beforehand), a main room light stopped working and wasn't repaired by the promised time, forcing us to wait to enter our room after 3 PM, and there was no fridge provided. Additionally, soundproofing between rooms was poor, and while the 15-minute walk into town is fine on foot, navigating it with luggage is tricky given the lack of Uber in the area.

Really close to the water. Amazing views. The bedroom was gorgeous and spacious. Food in the restaurant was great.
