We originally booked a standard room, but unfortunately the air-conditioning in that room was not working properly—it was still blowing warm air even after running for an hour. We immediately informed the hotel staff, and they responded very quickly.
At that time, only the premium tent room was available, and without hesitation, the staff upgraded us for free. We ended up staying there for two nights, and it was extremely comfortable.
The stay included breakfast, which mainly featured Malaysian food, along with some bread, coffee, and tea. The restaurant also provided both hot and cold drinking water, which was very convenient.
On the day we checked out, we almost missed our ferry because we forgot the departure time. Thankfully, the hotel staff kindly came to the entrance to remind us that the ferry had arrived. They even helped us carry our luggage and arranged for a quick ride so we could reach the jetty on time.
The staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. It was truly a wonderful experience!
