cockroaches, there is no air conditioner and if you leave the window open, the family of cockroaches

The location was okay and so on, a small but spacious for where it was located and all right for money, does not ask much for what it offers.

I did not like that it was full of cockroaches and was not put on the floor and everything was not taken care of, the air conditioning is missing and in the evening when you want to let go and get a little airy you can not and if you open the window you wake up with the family of cockroaches on you. The eldest father is on the ground floor and on the 1st floor.

Difficult to find, poor communication, lacking cleanliness

Central location

Communication could have been better, we contacted them two months before arrival and we didn't get a reply until the last minute. The building is hard to find, so that could have been explained in the description or in the messages. The worst part is that there were cockroaches in the bathroom. We found cockroaches crawling on our toothbrushes. That was mentioned in previous reviwes, so I think they could have had time to solve that issue.

The area is nice and the studio style is good.

Few things in the bathroom needs to be fixed and cleaned. Please pay more attention in the bathroom because is few thinks to be fixed and cleaned

Great location for us, clean room ,cozy place for one or more nights.

More towels needed(one per person should be ), also there were a lot of dead and alive cockroaches.

Un apartament foarte curat, cu toate cele necesare,,( televizor, frigider, ustensile pentru bucătărie, mașină de spălat, aragaz,etc.), călduros, apă caldă, lenjerie curată,aproape de Centru Vechi și Arena Națională. Gazda o persoana amabilă și primitoare. Merită vizitat! Am fost aici în ianuarie 2026!

Locatia este top, fix in spatele bulevardului Unirii. Locuri de parcare se gasesc in zona, fara a fi necesara plata.

Curatenia a fost sub orice critica. Mentionez ca nu aveam mari pretentii dar la cădița de la dus nici macar nu s-au sinchisit sa ia parul lasat de cei care au foat cazati inaintea noastra (poza atasata). Lenjeria a fost utilizata cel putin o data inainte de sosirea noastra - se simtea dupa miros ca nu a fost schimbata.
