Friendly and helpful manager and staff. Great location just off the main street in a walled garden with a pool. Open restaurant with excellent breakfasts
A few more tables in the restaurant would be helpful as they quickly filled up at busy times. The manager told us a new one is under construction in the grounds

Paddiway was ideally situated just off the main street of Arugam Bay, close enough for a two minute walk to the hustle bustle but far enough away to be peaceful. The host and staff were exceptionally accommodating as wanted to change our dates slightly after arriving into Sri Lanka. Communication was terrific. The room was comfortable and spacious. The pool was clean and refreshing. Would definitely stay here again, would definitely recommend!
The property didn't have wifi and the room didn't have tissues. Honestly there was very little not to like about this property.

Prestation de surf prise par l hôtel pour les adultes et les enfants très bien (remerciement à Ali meilleur instructeur !!)
Hôtel bien placé au centre de la ville. Proche de la plage et de la rue principale sans subir les désagréments du bruit.
Quelques taches au mur et drap.

The triple room was very nice & spacious. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The pool was great after a day on the beach!
We were put in a different hotel for 2 nights (the first night was our error) when we had booked months in advance. Then when we moved to Paddyway we weren't put into the rooms we had booked. We were in a separate building to our teenage children & our children (boy & girl) were put in a double room with a double bed! We then had to move again the following night & we were put in the room we had booked after 3 nights but our children weren't moved until the following night but not into the triple room we had booked! The grounds could do with a tidy up around the edges.
