The apartment was homely and comfprtable..even in the very hot weather (38* ) you could open windows for a through flow of air and there was a an awning on the balcony. The rooms were a good size and the kitchen well equipped. The location, directly overlooking the beach and front of St Jean de Monts was excellent. We had a designated parking spot at the rear of the apartments and this worked perfectly. It was excellent value for money.
We were dissapointed to be asked to pay for the cleaning of the apartment. We do not believe that this was included in the information provided pror to our booking or stay. We would never leave an apartment dirty but the level of cleaning expected if we did not pay, was set very high and we were inspected prior to departure. Whatever the arrangements agreed by the previous occupiers we had not found the apartment entirely cleaned to the standard you would expect.

We hebben hier met ons gezin een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het uitzicht op zee is echt fantastisch en verveelt nooit. Ook de ligging is perfect: direct aan het strand en op loopafstand van de boulevard, restaurants en winkels. De privéparkeerplaats was een groot pluspunt.
Een handleiding voor de oven zou erg handig zijn geweest. Gelukkig was de host goed bereikbaar en kwam zij ons snel helpen, wat we erg waardeerden.
Wat wij wel jammer vonden, is dat er extra kosten werden gerekend voor handdoeken, beddengoed en de eindschoonmaak. We hebben al in veel vakantieappartementen verbleven, maar dit hebben we nog niet eerder meegemaakt.
Als deze extra kosten zouden vervallen, zouden wij zonder twijfel weer boeken. Dan zouden we dit verblijf met een 10 beoordelen in plaats van een 9. Verder hebben we enorm genoten van het appartement, de prachtige locatie en het fantastische uitzicht.
