The B&B is situated just a 5-minute walk from the famous stairs of Numana, very convenient to the beach (we were there in the winter, but it was still nice to take a walk), and also to the supermarket Coal. The room was very clean (it smelled good) and nicely decorated, with a sea view. The bed was comfortable. There is a tea kettle but no coffee maker. It is very clean. The breakfast was excellent: homemade cakes and jams, in a nice room behind the main house, a porch that is enclosed in the winter, but I suppose will be open in the summer. There is free parking inside the property, accessible by a gate, which is a plus, especially in the summer. The host was kind and friendly: he greeted us when we arrived and when we departed.
I am sensitive to noise: internal soundproofing could be better. I could hear guests from the other rooms. However, it's an old house that has been completely renovated. On the other hand, the windows are very good at canceling noise from the outside. We could not hear anything.
The rooms are upstairs (the owners live downstairs): you need to climb some comfortable stairs (not a problem for us, though), but just one flight.
