La disponibilité et la réactivité de Matilda, l'hôte, via WhatsApp.
La propreté des lieux, appartement neuf.
Dosettes de café, petites bouteilles d'eau et petit gâteaux quotidiens
Ménage quotidien, changement draps et serviettes en milieu de séjour
Terrasse agréable, climatisation silencieuse
Parking dans les rues à proximité facile
Pas de nuisance des trains la nuit
Rez de chaussée sécurisé, porte avec grille avant l'entrée dans le logement.
seul bémol, localisation plus éloignée du centre, mais on le sait en réservant, histoire de compromis, l'appartement est à quelques minutes à pieds de la gare, très pratique pour visiter facilement les Cinque Terre.
Ceci dit a une petite vingtaine de minutes à pieds, on est dans le quartier de tous les restaurants, trajet sécuritaire
et il parait difficile de se garer dans le centre alors que la, c'est facile!

Die Wohnung (EG) und der Service sind einfach top, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts! Alles ist modern, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass sich in der Nähe Bahngleise befinden. Dadurch sind rund um die Uhr Züge, auch Güterzüge, in unterschiedlicher Lautstärke zu hören. Für geräuschempfindliche Personen sollte man dies bei der Buchung unbedingt wissen, wie ich finde. Mir hat es das Schlafen erschwert.
