Owner is available to be contacted. The property is big enough to accommodate a large group of people, we had a comfortable stay. There was a good supply of coffee and tea and very well stocked drinking water.
The 5 bed house comprises a 1 bed apartment downstairs and 4 bed apartment upstairs with separate entrances. Wi-Fi is very good in both apartments
Location is in a quiet area behind the police flats/ apartments. It was not easy for taxi drivers to find the address. We struggled to find taxi/ tuk tuk in the area or to book Grab taxi that can pick us up. We recommend the owner to have a good instruction on how to find this place for guests when ordering taxi/ tuk tuk.
Some walking and driving directions and info on getting to amenities such as main bus station, night bazaar and recommended eatery/ cafe nearby and the numbers for local taxis/ tuk tuk would be very helpful for those who stays there.
Bathrooms are too basic and could do with a bit more modernisation/ refurbishment.
There is only one TV located downstairs (1 bed flat), could do with one more TV upstairs in a 4 bed flats, it helps a lot when travelling with children.
The 4 bed flat has only one bathroom, 1 bed flat has 1 bed room inside and a second bathroom outside, not so convenient for those who does not feel comfortable to go outside and downstairs to use a bathroom in the middle of the night. It would be very helpful to have a second bathroom in the 4 bed flat upstairs.
