Great location, comfortable bed, very clean spaces, helpful staff - I left my belonging in my capsule and they kindly passed it to a delivery person from post office on my behalf.
The toilet seats are always wet due to the shower, the bathroom is very hot & steamy all the time which was uncomfortable. The capsule room is very cold due to AC (I immediately caught a cold and had fevers during my stay which made my travels very hard) so make sure to bring a blanket - doubt they'll give an extra duvet, I couldn't get new disposable slippers after wearing them out until very dirty for 5 days, guess they have to be unwearable till I get new ones. Also for some reason, some guests wouldn't sleep and hang at the common area until 3am with their laptops every single day I was staying for a week, some of them talk loudly, but you can't hear them a lot in the sleeping area. So there wouldn't be seats, or just too crowded sometimes.

Location was perfect, Chinatown is great if you want to walk around and explore. The checking process is painless and very convenient.
If you looking to a noise-free room, this is not the place for you, capsule is totally private but there’s not much you can do to avoid others people getting up earlier or else.

The location was great, everything was very clean inside. The pods were very comfortable, had more than enough space in it.
In the bathrooms I wished there was a water stopper or something so the whole bathroom wouldn’t get wet. After showering when I was putting on a longer pair of pants they got all wet since the water got everywhere.

It was cosy and the tv was a nice addition
The first night we stayed there it seemed quite clean, but then gradually we started noticing hairs everywhere. Like a lack of cleanliness. The staff werent particularly helpful and were quite strange but overall it was okay but wouldn’t rush to go back has kind of put me off the idea of a hostel. I suppose it may have been nicer depending on who else is staying in there. No shoes but hair all over the floor
