Great location, near to everything. Parking on site was nice to have in this part of the country.
Washing machine was inoperable so we were unable to wash our clothes (Door handle missing!). Bedding was heavily scented (laundry detergent?) and was rough for one of us who is sensitive to fragrance. Heavy construction right outside in the parking lot started at 8am on Monday. Not the owner's fault, but would have been nice to have known this ahead of time.

Needs to provide two fans as it was too hot to sleep. Tried communicating with the host to ask about fans but did not respond.
Upstairs bathroom room was very hot and downstairs one a bit smelly.
Early check-out at 10am.
Said coffee and tee was provided: only instant coffee, no milk.

Very convenient, easy parking, quiet.
Bathroom needs a bit of an update and if you’re a man taller than 5’7” you can’t pee standing up. The shower is also a bit of a challenge for anyone taller than 5’10”.
