perfect value for money and the view did not disappoint as well!
Only finding the place was not so easy (Google Maps told us many routes that did not exist). I would recommend using the house nextdoor as a destination address.

Izuzetno prostran, prekrasan pogled s terase, vlastita garaža. Vrlo ljubazna i susretljiva domaćica. Apartman je vrlo blizu Tvrđave sv. Mihovila pa je odlična opcija za smještaj ukoliko se ide tamo na koncert.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist klasse. Die Wohnung ist groß und ruhig. Ein beschatteter Parkplatz gehört zur Wohnung.
Ich habe in den letzten Jahren ca 50 Wohnungen über Booking.com gebucht.Diese Wohnung war bislang die schlechteste. Es fing damit an, dass die Wohnung zur Übergabe nicht fertig war. Der allgemeine Zustand war insgesamt sehr abgewohnt. Unter den Betten war es dreckig. Das beworbene WiFi funktionierte nicht. Es gab ein Whirlpool, wo nicht klar war, wann er das letzte Mal gereinigt bzw auch das Wasser gewechselt wurde. Einige Sachen haben wir wiederholt bei der Vermieterin angefragt und um Nachbesserung gebeten. Die Nachbesserung wurde uns zwar zugesagt, aber erfolgte leider nicht in den 12 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts. Vor dem Hintergrund war die Wohnung somit auch zu teuer.
