Relations avec le propriétaire remarquables de simplicité et de facilité. Propriétaire très discret pendant toute la durée du séjour et accessible pour toutes sortes de renseignements et d'informations.
Le stationnement pour un véhicule et proche de l'appartement n'est pas toujours possible mais, avec les conseils du propriétaire, des emplacements de stationnement gratuits et relativement peu éloignés ont été possibles

ทุกอย่างดีหมดเลย เดินทางสะดวก ป้ายรถเมล์ อยู่ใกล้ที่พักมาก ร้านสะดวกซื้อและซูเปอร์มาร์เกตมีหลายแห่งในระแวกใกล้เคียง ที่พักปลอดภัย ห้องน้ำสะอาด น้ำไหลแรงมีทั้งน้ำร้อนน้ำเย็น มีครัวให้ใช้ มีน้ำดื่ม เจ้าของติอต่อง่าย อัธยาสัยดี ใจดี วันขากลับไปทางเดียวกันจึงไปส่งสนามบินด้วย น่ารักมาก
ไม่แน่ใจว่ากลิ่นบุหรี่จางๆในห้องพักมาจากไหน แต่มันไม่ใช่ปัญหา และไม่ได้แย่
