Staff was very customer focused and was always ready to help. Location is great from scenic pov and have river indus flowing almost next to the property. However, it is a bit far from Skardu and some of the tourist attractions can have more than 2 hours of travel time added due to Khoj location. Breakfast was quite good and have some decent options. All in all a very good experience. .
Food menu is quite extensive but the standard is a bit below compared to 5 star hotels and resturants in big cities. Given the location, it is still very good but if Management can focus on this area it can further enhance the resort appeal.
Lots of flies in the area which also invade rooms the moment the door is open

The awesome breakfast and stunning view..Staff is courteous & humble..
There are too many flies so i asked manager to sort it out in local manner..likewise u don’t need to kill..for example..when room is dark and outer lights are on the flies move out..Also there must be fruit basket complimentary and terrace door are always slider as catcher closes the door..in addition, you need a a smooth connectivity road from main road as it become difficult for senior citizen to travel on uneven track

I liked the ambiance,view, and the location. Rooms were okay. The food was good not all but some. Tea was really good.
I didn't like how there was a constant smell in one the rooms. Bathrooms were not paid attention to. Empty body wash bottles and no soap as well. The stairs were very steep in the rooms. Could be dangerous. The iron doesn't work properly.
