Location. Bed. Tea and coffee. Iron. Shower.
Warm welcome from girl at entrance. She called a young man who while efficient never smiled once or said ‘welcome’. He explained room etc and check out. In fairness he looked v tired.
Kitchen extraction fan outside the window. Window blurred out so you can’t see the roof.
No advice about parking over night. Had to set alarm for 8.30am and go and put a ticket in the car then go back to bed.
Check out time 11am. At 11.01am staff member opened the door to our room without knocking. She apologised and said she thought we were gone. English accent. I was ironing a shirt. We were packed, dressed and ready to leave. At 11.03am a very rude older woman opened the door again and shout at us…time, time , time!
