Calm and relaxing environment
While Taiwan is famous for its warm, family-friendly hospitality, our experience here felt remarkably rigid. You cannot portray yourself as a kid-friendly hotel if every request is met with a strict 'yes' or 'no' and inflexible policies. If families are truly welcome, your policies and staff approach should align with the warm hospitality found across other hotels in Taiwan. Otherwise, it would be far more honest to state upfront that the hotel is not suitable for children. I hope you take this feedback constructively to create a better experience for future families.
