A lovely spacious caravan, everything you could need to use whilst you're staying and if you want to dine in as well as going out. Lovely location on manor park, short walk down to the seafront. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location, wildlife in the park, being on holiday in a beautiful location of the Norfolk coast. Caravan was clean enough but a few niggles (posted in the what didn’t you like?).
The smell in the caravan, smelt of mould and damp. The smell was overpowering to the point one of us felt headachey. The boiler looks worryingly burned and black, the plastic wrapping protecting the boiler check papers are starting to melt. No hot water running in the little toilet. Door catches are broken.
