Nestled in Estoril, this charming condo for $220 per night is a great option for your next break. Summary: This 3 bedroom, all of them ensuite, luxurious apartment is a joyful trip in itself. Each division, from room to room, has been carefully curated in discrete luxury and elegance. Located in the old world charm of sophisticated Estoril, a few minutes walk from the beach, where you are sure to enjoy the quiet of the cosy neighbourhood within short walking distance to restaurants, and across the main boulevard street to the ocean. The Space: Very complete 3 bedroom apartment, all ensuite with own bathroom. A glamourous open space with living, dining and kitchen area in top notch style and modern amenities. Superb finishings and decor make this apartment very special. Fully equipped for making your own meals, and should the weather be fine, which mostly it is in Portugal, enjoy the veranda, and the scenery either with a good book or just take the time to take it all in. You are sure to return home, relaxed, inspired and filled with saudade for this very special Deluxe Monte Estoril. And the sooner you return the better. Guest Access: We offer a free meet and greet service until 8pm. The Neighborhood: The area around the apartment is charming and offers a real glimpse of the Portuguese well heeled lifestyle. On the corner you have a very local restaurant with an outdoor terrace and it is an absolute must. Be sure to book as it is always popular among locals and visitors alike. The five minute walk to the oceanfront is a beautiful tree lined street with a view of the sea as you stroll down. At the bottom of that road is a lovely Italian restaurant serving the finest Italian dishes imaginable. Our house manual will have more tips and suggestions on your arrival. Getting Around: Conveniently situated in Estoril, the property offers easy access to a range of transportation options. The Estoril Train Station is just a 10-minute walk away, providing direct routes to Lisbon and other coastal towns. Multiple bus stops are located within close proximity, making it simple to explore the local area and beyond. For those who prefer driving, the A5 motorway is easily accessible, allowing for quick trips to Lisbon and Cascais. Cyclists will appreciate the nearby bike paths that lead to scenic spots and key attractions. Other Things to Note: This is a self-catering apartment. * We provide: -Linen for each bed (1 set) -Towels for each guest (1 set – bath towel and hand towel) -Hygiene products – soap, shampoo, and toilet paper (for the first night) * Extra linen and towels have a cost: -Double bed changeover including towels - €23.95 -Single bed changeover including towels - €18.45 -Double bed changeover only - €8.95 -Single bed changeover only - €8.60 -Pack Towels only - €9.85 -Hourly maid service upon request * Baby items have a cost: -Baby cot including linen per night (min 3 nights) – €9.00 -Baby high chair per night (min 3 nights) – €6.00 -Baby tub (min 3 nights) – €5.00 * Please note that additional amenities like beach towels and umbrellas can be rented for a nominal fee. Feel free to send us a message to inquire about the rental prices for these items. * We offer convenient airport transportation services. Feel free to reach out to us for further details and pricing. * Please know that for late arrivals, the following charges will apply: -For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €30.00 -For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €60.00. -We are obliged to collect Tourist Tax for the city of Cascais, in cash on each arrival. The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax. * Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise. * Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.) * Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency. * Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of our agreement with our owners.
