The villas are brilliant, wonderful views, comfortable beds, excellent air-conditioning. the Pools are magnificent. They are brilliant for families and would highly recommend them. Management are really helpful and attentive. Really apart from location being sort of between the two major areas there is nothing I didn't like. Just be aware that it definitely worth getting a hire car/bike if you stay here as the buses can get very crowded and sometimes won't stop.

Busy road at the bottom so there is traffic noise. Passageway under the road to the beach which is handy but doesn’t smell the best due to drainage.

The views are stunning, the pool is lovely and the units are of a good size and clean and well equipped. The location next to the beach with an underpass and beach bar/cafe is great. Also the water taxi to Skiathos town is a really nice way to get around as well as easy bus stops. Sunday was a terrific host and nothing too much trouble.
Some of the facilities like showers need some maintenance to run well.

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Το κατάλυμα είναι χτισμένο μέσα στο πράσινο και έχει υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και εύκολη, ασφαλή πρόσβαση σε αυτή μέσω υπόγειας διάβασης. Μας άρεσαν, καθώς ταξιδέψαμε ως τα οικογένεια τεσσάρων ατόμων με δύο εφήβους, οι άνετοι χώροι (τρεις κρεβατοκάμαρες) και το μεγάλο μπαλκόνι που είχε πάντα δροσιά. Άριστη η ποιότητα ύπνου. Άνετα στρώματα και μαξιλάρια. Το προσωπικό στην καθαριότητα ήταν πολύ φιλικό και εξαιρετικό στη δουλειά του. Είναι πολύ ωραίες οι εγκαταστάσεις. Εμείς μείναμε στη βίλα King Leonidas. Η συνολική εμπειρία είναι θετική. Με κάποιες μικρές παρεμβάσεις θα μπορούσε να είναι άριστη.
Αυτό που χαλούσε την εμπειρία ήταν η υγρασία που μύριζε στον κάτω όροφο και στο WC του άνω ορόφου. Έπρεπε να κρατάμε ανοιχτές τις μπαλκονόπορτες για τον επαρκή αερισμό του χώρου για να το αντιμετωπίσουμε. Θα ήθελα να λειτουργεί το ντουζ στην πισίνα και η πισίνα να είχε καθαριστεί με μια σκούπα ρομπότ πριν μας παραδοθεί, γιατί ο πυθμένας ήταν γεμάτος άμμο από τους προηγούμενους ενοίκους αλλά και χώμα που μεταφέρει ο αέρας καθώς το κατάλυμα είναι μέσα στο πράσινο. Τέλος είναι μία λεπτομέρεια βεβαίως αλλά ήταν χρήσιμο να υπήρχαν κάποιες κάψουλες καφέ για αρχή.
