It is the perfect base for your family or friends gathering, sleeping up to 10 guests. A few steps up and you are in the large kitchen with all you need to cook up an amazing meal, along with a dining table area and second lounge. Opening onto a large balcony, you’ll be able to BBQ and take in the views. There is a downstairs and upstairs option from the open plan living level. Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, one with 2 x single beds and trundles underneath and another with a luxury queen bed. Both are serviced by a large bathroom, laundry with all you need and an additional TV/sun lounge area and also have outside access to sit outside the rooms. On the upper level, you’ll find a bedroom with queen size bed and spacious ensuite, extra lounging area and large balcony. There is plenty of room to space out and enjoy this wonderful home! The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. NEIGHBOURHOOD The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions.
