Michelle is a great host. Very communicative, responses quickly. Very clean,large living space and bedroom. The bed was comfortable. Designed parking is greatly appreciated. The property security cameras was an added sense of safety.Washer & dryer is a nice amenity. Avaliable beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels came in very handy. A/C and generator works perfectly. Modern and beautifully decorated. Near the ocean. It was centrally located on the island for our trip. As we traveled N.S.E. & W. of this beautiful Puerto Rico.

The location to the Arecibo location is desirable and the residence was immaculate and the bed was fantastic. Quiet!! Had great sleep. I want to visit and stay from December 15 of January 14 of next year.

The place is very nice and clean with very convenient access to the beach. The listing is misleading. VRBO claims that you will have the property to yourself. That is not the case here. There are at least three different units in the same place and if your are in Villa 1 you do not have access to the balcony to see the ocean. It wasn’t a huge deal, but we were surprised when other guests showed up and were staying upstairs, shooting pool, and having a good time. I didn’t appreciate that the listing made no mention that this is a shared space and parts of the property would be VERY off limits.
