The lodge's most magical feature is its stream-side pergola, built directly above a mountain brook flowing down from Craigellachie Nature Reserve. Here you can dine al fresco or simply relax to the sound of running water — an unforgettable backdrop in every season.
After a day exploring Aviemore by foot, car or bike and the Cairngorms, unwind in the eight-person hot tub, sheltered beneath the eaves of the lodge, or step inside to the warmth of the crackling log stove. The open-plan living space is designed for togetherness.
For ultimate relaxation, the lodge features a luxurious bathroom suite with a Jacuzzi bath and large sauna — the perfect way to soothe tired legs after a hike, ski, or cycle.
Entertainment is taken care of with Sky TV and Sky Cinema in the lounge, plus Freeview in every bedroom. Games book and DVD's are also provided.

Had a fantastic holiday. Surprise visit and stay from my son and girlfriend who have been away in Australia. Couldn't ask for more. Setting and accommodation brilliant. Had everything we needed.
Only comment to make was when kiddies stayed for a couple nights bunk beds not suitable. Mattresses dont fit properly and kids fell down sides.
Other issue we had was dishwasher wasn't cleaning dishes properly so ended up hand washing
Hand blender made a smell when burning but see its due to be tested.
Would definitely be back for another visit. We all loved it so much.

Great communication and information from the team before we arrived with the app being really helpful. Lodge was spotless when we arrived. Great location, central to aviemore but a little off the main streets so felt tucked away. Has everything you could need with the kitchen being particularly well stocked compared to other places we have stayed. Outside areas are fantastic and ideal for groups. Would highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time staying here and we loved it as we did before. Location and views are excellent. We will definitely stay again.

The lodge itself is really nice but it’s at the top of a housing estate!!! Don’t come if you are hoping for splendid isolation.
