Only registered guests allowed on site. - VERY STRICT NO Smoking and No Pets Policy NEW MANAGEMENT! We, the owners, have taken over management of our home. We are mostly on-site (in a separate apartment behind the garage) and are here to make sure your stay with us is wonderful! Welcome to the Neighborhood! Our charming home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an open layout. Our home is clean and well maintained and boasts a huge kitchen with an island and breakfast bar featuring a gas/convection stove, an updated bathroom and new second bathroom upstairs, large, level yard for games and privacy, & large covered deck for enjoyment in rain or shine! The first floor has a great open floor plan that allows family and friends to enjoy themselves from the kitchen, dining room, or living room. These three rooms are all open to each other so the entertainment flows naturally from one room to the next. The first floor also has one full bathroom, washer and dryer, and two bedrooms each with a queen bed. The 2nd floor has a full bathroom and two bedrooms. The bedroom to the left has a desk, recliner, and king sized bed. The bedroom to the right is cozy with a queen bed. Enjoy the back yard and huge covered deck! The back deck is right off the kitchen and includes a seating area and an electric grill. Our home has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply listens to the noise level (measured in decibels). Sidewalks, trees and lovely homes provide a nice area for walking or biking. A local coffee shop is at the end of our street and groceries, Starbucks and shopping is all within walking distance. PLEASE NOTE: We have a VERY STRICT NO Smoking and NO Pet policy for our home. Please reach out if you have any questions!

This house was just as advertised. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, and located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The owners made the entire process easy and checked in on us several times during our stay. Can’t recommend this house enough!

We were in Louisville to visit family but wanted to stay separately. This house was just what we needed. Spacious enough for our family of five, cozy and comfortable, and with a good location with easy freeway access. Check in could not have been easier and the host, Lynn, had prompt and clear communication. Hosts are in a different building on-site, but we only saw her in the driveway, where we spoke with her briefly once. Kitchen is well-equipped, including an extensive spice rack and a non-stick pan that actually has a good surface (not always true in a rental). No problems and I would be happy to bring my family here again.

We came in for a cheer competition at the Expo center. This house was exactly as described and perfect for the weekend! It was a 10 min drive to the expo center and airport. Host was very accommodating and sweet and even had a detailed binder of the technology in the house and pages of restaurants and things to do! Even checked in on us to see if we needed anything! Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

This property worked great for us. The house was just as advertised. Quiet and quaint neighborhood but close to everything we needed. We will keep this property in mind when we come back to visit our son.

My family was in Louisville for a family wedding in the St. Matthew area, and this VRBO was exactly what we needed. Lynn was very responsive and welcoming! We had everything we needed and wanted for our local experience. Would highly recommend and anticipating a revisit with any future needs!

We had a wonderful time on the bourbon trail! Our house was a fantastic choice and a great location! We were close enough to Louisville to drive downtown in 10 minutes and close enough to all the other bourbon distilleries to visit. Our house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed and Lynn kept in touch for anything else we may have needed! I would recommend this house to anyone coming down to hit the bourbon trail! You won't be disappointed! Paula

The location of this home was great!!! It is far enough away from the big city that you didn't feel you were staying downtown, but close enough that the travel to everything we wanted to do in Louisville was within a 10-minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. There are stores, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. The house is exactly as it appears on the listing, and the property managers were very kind and available, without being overbearing. We would definitely stay here again, if we are in the area!!!
