My VRBO experience at this property had its ups and downs. I will begin with the ups. The location is a three minute walk to Venice beach, with so many cute restaurants, shops and most importantly a Starbucks nearby! We were happy with the size of the property and loved the rooftop patio! Now with the downs. There were many issues that were not adequately addressed by the host. One of the most significant problems was the unresponsiveness of the host. We reached out to them multiple times with concerns/questions, but they failed to reply promptly or effectively. Furthermore, there was a significant electrical problem in the house. For the last two days of our stay, power outlets on both the first and second floors were non-functional. This issue created a major inconvenience for us, as we relied on these outlets for various appliances and charging our devices. The host did acknowledge the issue and promised to have it fixed, but unfortunately, the problem persisted, and we had to endure this inconvenience throughout the remainder of our stay. This lack of attention to a fundamental issue greatly impacted our overall experience and left us dissatisfied with the accommodation. We had expected a more responsive and responsible host who could promptly address and resolve issues during our stay. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and it significantly diminished our enjoyment of the property. I hope this feedback serves as a helpful note for both the host and future guests.
