Location was good, it was quite and the front desk person was very friendly
Not a huge problem but use 3 different keys to get all the way into room was a little bit of a inconvenience

Lovely staff, good bed, good shower. Easy to check in and out and overall very relaxed. Close to a great classic Terni restaurant.
It is far from the centro storico, although it is close to a bus stop, the buses don’t run after 22:00, a time which a lot of Italians are still eating. So find a restaurant close to the hotel (which there is) or eat early.

Room was clean. The staff on reception were very kind and helpful.
There is absolutely no soundproofing between the rooms or the floor above. We were disturbed very frequently by others talking, snoring, watching tv. It's a real shame as the hotel was very convenient otherwise.
