One has to see this property to believe it. The apartment is simply unbelievable. It has everything that one would need during their stay. The apartment is truly a luxurious one. If I were to endavor remodel my property, I will take a lot of cues from this this place.
The host met us and patiently explained everything to us. Nevermind that she was not conversant in English, but with the use of translation software, we got every one of our questions answered "with a smile".
The building has nice elevators and clean surroundings.
The place is simply beautiful and well maintained. Great value for money.
The only reason that I gave a one notch below the highest for "Key Collection" and "location" is beause of my personal experience -- which is temporary only -- there is a road or some sort of constructions going on, right in front of the apartment building and therefore, the taxi drop-off is a bit far off and had drag our suitcases to the apartment, which was a total pain. But again, this is temporary only. Once the construction is over, this should not be a problem, or if one does not have heavy duty luggages to lug on.
Also, if your arrival is during the siesta time for the security, the main doors are closed and we had to wait for some other apartment resident to open the door to get in and that it is a small opening. The host promptly came to greet us and take us to the apartment -- not even 5 seconds after we got through the front door, but this security thing needs to be better! So, coordinate ahead of time with the host.
But, this should not be the reason that someone should rethink about this place. It is just a small blip in the beginning, but the apartment is worth every bit. It truly deserves a 10 out of 10.

Very big apartment with high quality furniture.
The bed on which the kid has to sleep was not comfortable enough.
