Superb location one minute walk from the wonderful restaurants inhabited in evening by mostly locals. A nice open air cinema nearby. Grocery store in front as well as a supermarket within a minute walk. Huge meat shop 5 minutes away. Metro station is also 6-8 minutes away. 10 minutes walking takes you to the no car zone around the acropolis, very nice for morning or evening jogs. Apartment has good internet, writing desk, fridge, oven, electric stove, all kinds of essential utensils, daily toiletries, dryer, iron etc. Excellent for long term stays. Host was very communicative and readily available. We could not find the keys although they were right there but the host guided us within seconds.
Apartment is on the ground floor so you might have to keep the curtains closed. Television is there but too small to watch. No washing machine although we used our friend's who lives nearby. Wardrobe was there but not available for use. One would require if wishing to stay for long.

Great location, within walking distance from the Acropolis. The host is very responsive online. The room, bathroom and kitchen were very neat and clean!

Super clean, really homey feel. Feels like you're staying in an old greek flat - because you are. Great location in the more local area of Athens. Great food, bakery and markets near by. Check in was really easy and we had plenty of space. Would recommend to anyone.
About a 20min walk to the Acropolis but very easy straight through the park.
Only issue was the road noise late at night but it was a Friday.

The apartment is overall clean and cozy, around 5-7 min from the metro station. The host is available and answers questions. Self check in and check out, also was possible to keep the luggage a bit longer after the check out
It was a bit inconvenient switching on and off warm water manually and only for 30 min. if you need to take a quick shower, think in advance as water needs time to warm up.
The highlight though was the giant cockroach waiting for me in the toilet when i arrived. It is not said in the apartment description but this kind of situation is absolutely normal there and, according to the host, «no big deal» and she «cannot prevent if a roach comes inside the toilet». In addition, «you dont deserve any moral compensation for a roach», which i personally disagree with and, at the very least, this could be worded differently. The host came after 1 h of me waiting in fear and removed the cockroach which i am grateful for...but no. i dont think i would return myself there or recommend anyone who like me thinks that roach in the apartment is in fact a big deal.
Shout out to the booking support team that was misleading by recommending me themselves to ask the host for a compensation and promised to «look into a compensation for me in case the host is uncooperative». In reality, they totally invalidated me when i returned back to them after i got the mentioned above response from the host. Booking assistant Kostas K. i will haunt you in your dreams. «in your case the compensation is impossible». Tell me better lies!
