The beautiful lake view from the apartment is definitely one of its biggest highlights. The location is good, although having a car or scooter gives you much more freedom to explore the area. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen connected to the living area, a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. I also really enjoyed the small terrace and garden – a lovely place to sit outside and enjoy the view. There is a swimming pool on the other side of the building, which was very welcome after a hot day. The water was refreshingly cool and it was great to have this option available.

The bathroom really needs renovation. Both the design and fittings are very dated and don't match the standard of the rest of the apartment. The pool area itself is small, with comfortable space for only around three people to lie down. There is also some road noise. Normal traffic wasn't really an issue for me, but there seems to be a joint or uneven section in the road nearby that creates a loud noise every time a car drives over it, which unfortunately happens very frequently.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement de rêve face au lac, la climatisation (appréciable avec canicule ) et tout le confort du logement (machines à laver linge, vaisselle , terrasse face au lac , etc...) et l'accueil réservé par notre hôte ! ( une bouteille nous attendais ..) Nous avons pu rayonner pour nos visites autour de Bélano.

L'accès en pente mais c'est le prix à payer pour être en hauteur et avoir cette vue magnifique sur le lac

The lake view was exceptional and the apartment was perfect I would recommend this place to everyone.There was a bottle of prosectto and water in the fridge as a welcoming gift which was a really nice. The apartment had an nespresso machine and pods and a washing machine and tablets for use in the machine! The extra wee touches just made it perfect 👌

Nothing! But I would advise you to rent a car as the walk to Bellano Town is beautiful but it is very steep back up to the apartment.

Il terrazzo e la vista sul lago sono meravigliosi. La piscina è molto bella e anch'essa con vista sul lago, l'abbiamo sfruttata parecchio. All'interno dell'appartamento ho trovato tutto quanto necessitava per il soggiorno.

Per dormire il letto è dotato di lenzuolo con inserita una trapunta leggara. Avrei preferito per dormire un lenzuolo semplice, (eventualente coperta/trapuntina sopra di esso da utilizzare in caso di bisogno).
