Locazion, comfortable beds.

Lock box too difficult to use. It may need replacing. Some fixtures, curtain and bathroom rsils nead repair.

Great location within easy reach of restaurants, services, entertainment and shops. Helpful pleasant staff could be contacted by phone.

*Tiled floors were greasy and slimy *Vertical blinds in living area were missing lots of drops leaving big gaps, reducing privacy and allowing too much light in for the person sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area * upon arrival, there were dirty plates, glasses and cutlery in dishwasher *Faulty door locks - deadlock on front door to unit kept jamming *shower screen in main bathroom is unsafe - no bottom runner for the sliding door . Lots of mould on and around shower screen, and numerous chipped tiles - unhygienic and dangerous if there are small children accessing this bathroom * stained mattress protector in bedroom 1 * 2 cockroaches flew out of the airconditioner in the main bedroom when we turned it on.
