The Hamlet Inn is not a 5 star hotel by any means, but I'm giving it 5 stars for value. The owner is helpful (offered to carry my luggage down the stairs). The owner is always accessible. I was checking in after 10PM. The office was locked, but the owner had his number posted on the door, answered the phone immediately and opened the office to check me in.
The rooms were clean. The room AC / heating system worked well. This is a smaller hotel, but is well maintained and managed. Good value. Warwick is a wonderful town to visit and the hotel location is good.

Although a very small property, not designed for luxury stays, everything I needed was excellent, including the strong WiFi, cleanliness of the room, comfort of the mattress, power and temperature of the bathroom water and functioning of the toilet, a cold refrigerator, easily adjustable and powerful heater \ air conditioner, and courtesy and helpfulness of the staff.
