Be ready with your maintenance tools.

As on previous stays we were aware of the caravan location and accessibility to the cliff for walks and the scenery.

All the outside seating cushions were soaking wet and unusable, and with the dry sunny weather we had it stopped us sitting on the decking, also the decking was very dirty with tree sap and leaves. If we used the kitchen sink the drain pipe was blocked and it would take up to 2 hours for any water to drain away. The bathroom sink was not attached to the wall and moved back & forth also the lights were not working.

Overall nice place would recommend

The space was good. Very warm. Some things hadn't been cleaned

Great big hole in the floor in the kitchen needs urgent attention. Some utensils need replacing. Vaccuum is useless. Could do with basics like washing-up liquid and loo rolls

very spacious and dog friendly

not very clean on arrival had to clean balcony and furniture of cobwebs and broken bits of toys and other debris as my dog would have eaten this, no broom available so had to use a small dust pan and brush, I left the property cleaner than I found it
